By using this website, you automatically agree to our terms and policies set in place in this document. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.

Order Processing

Orders are processed in 1-3 business days under normal circumstances. However, this time may change in instance of higher order volumes during collection releases or monthly restocks. We will communicate unusual lead-times, while maintaining quick, efficient and safe processing practices.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled prior to shipment. Once items are fulfilled and shipped, all sales are final. We reserve the right to cancel any unshipped orders, in the incident of incorrect shipping information or when we are unable to establish communication with the customer. We reserve the right to charge a restock fee of 3.5% + 15¢ to cover credit card processing fees.

Shipping & Handling

We charge a nominal handling fee to help pay for time and materials that go into packing your orders with the upmost safety and security, ensuring your products arrive to you in one piece. We pass on our shipping rates directly to our customers, and we continue to investigate in prime shipping rates for our customers.

** Multiple orders will be packed in as few packages as possible, and excess postage and shipping fees will be refunded.

Customer Contact Information

We ask that all customers keep their contact information, including email address and/or phone number up-to-date on their account details, so we may maintain communication in regards to order complications or questions. If we are unable to get in contact regarding your order, we reserve the right to cancel and your order may be subject to a refund, minus our restocking fee. See, Order Cancellations.

U.S. Customer Shipping

Shipping for United States Customers are determined by product weight using the United States Priority Rate Services. Orders will only be shipped using USPS, unless other arrangements have been made between the archer+alex team and the specific customer. 

Canadian Customer Shipping

We are accepting orders from our Canada Customers, orders will be held and shipping rates will be communicated before processing the order. Please do note, some items may arrive in altered states due to the long transit journey and customs inspection. Canadian customers are responsible for all taxes, duties and and fees for each order. 

Route Package Protection

Route Package Protection is an additional service you may add to your order to get premium package tracking and additional order insurance to provide added peace of mind. To learn more about Route, please read their F.A.Q. documentation here: Link

Damaged Items

If items arrive damaged, please photograph and document proof of damage and contact USPS and archer+alex immediately. We will file a claim on your behalf and require proof of damage on behalf of USPS.

Missing Packages

archer+alex is not responsible for any missing packages that has been shown as delivered by USPS or shipping company, but is missing to you. Please contact USPS or the shipping company for delivery updates or errors, they are more equipped that we are to track your package. BUYER BEWARE: Theft of packages from porches and/or mailboxes is becoming more common, and is not the responsibility of archer+alex. 

The following information is not only to remove liability on our behalf, but to protect us as a small business. We do not have the resources to track down packages that are marked as delivered, but missing to you. We will aid you in what we can with USPS, but our resources are limited in this regard. If you have any concerns or questions, you can contact USPS or the shipping company to hold your package for pickup at on of their facilities.

Product Refunds

We will address refunds on an individual basis. We will NOT refund orders based on a dislike of color, fragrance, texture and/or design. We are committed to best represent our products including design and fragrance, including notes of fragrance blends and essential oils. All of our products are hand crafted, so there may be variations in design, cut or packaging with the hand made nature of our products.

Product Returns

Once shipped, all sales are final. We CANNOT accept product returns due to sanitary reasons. All purchases indicate agreement to this policy.

Allergy Warning

We do our best to keep all of our products free of know allergens and contaminates, including raw materials from our manufacturers and vendors, but some ingredients may be in contact with allergens at some point (Similarly to: Produced in a facility that also processes…). Our production facility is free of gluten, wheat, and soy contaminates. It is important you are aware of all ingredients, and proper product usage. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns and we will be more than happy to support you.

General Product Warnings

It is the responsibility of the customer to read proper usage instructions, and adhere to the proper usage instructions. Always check ingredients for any potential allergens. Always spot test skin products prior to full usage. If irritation occurs discontinue use immediately and contact your physician. archer+alex is not responsible for for injuries or accidents. archer+alex is not responsible for allergic reactions. Strongly colored products may discolor clothing or shower/bathtub basins, if staining occurs rinse and wash immediately. All purchased indicate agreement to this policy and advisory.

International Shipping

At this time, archer+alex does not ship internationally. We will not ship to Russia, or supporting countries.
