Are your products vegan?

Our entire line is created using vegan and cruelty-free ingredients. You can view what ingredients are in that particular product on our product pages, and learn more about each ingredient by clicking on them!

Do you use Palm Oil in your products?

All products from archer+alex are palm free! This includes our soaps, bath bombs, bath melts and SKIN products!

Do you send PR or free goodies to influencers?

We do not. As a small business it is not sustainable for us to send packages to influences. If you are interested in our brand, we hope that you give us a shot and invest in our small business!

I've mailed my order to the wrong address! What can I do?

When buying from archer+alex it is your responsibility to check and verify your shipping details. If a mistake has been made, contact us ASAP through the Support Concierge, and we can update your order if possible. If the order has already shipped and returned to the archer+alex studio, we can update the shipping – however there will be an additional charge for new shipping.

My package has arrived damaged! Help!!

We suggest all customers use the Route+ Shipping Protection, this covers both you and us – however we suggest you contact us through the Support Concierge ASAP so we can try our best to make things right!

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds, with the nature of our products all sales are considered final as we cannot restock hygiene products. If you ordered a product and you're not a fan of the fragrance – we recommend you gift it to someone who would!

Do you ship internationally?

At this time archer+alex only ships to the United States and Canada. We hope to add more locations soon!

How do we join the archer+alex upper suds soap club?

You can join the archer+alex upper suds soap club using the membership form found in the footer! It is free to join and we send out the occasional email, but you will get front row access to product announcements, sale opportunities and even the occasional giveaway!
