Shipping

Our shipping provider is the United States Postal Service (USPS). They provide comprehensive rates for our business and customers, allowing for us to easily ship out orders and pass on our savings to customers in the United States and Canada. Below is an estimated table of transit times customers can expect to see when ordering with archer+alex.

  • Orders process within 1-3 business days, order processing is not the same as transit time
  • Orders only ship to the United States and Canada
  • We do not offer international shipping at this time
  • If you place an order before 5PM CT, we aim to ship it out same day
  • Processing time may shift during high volume order times, such as collection releases and restocks
  • Shipping times may be affected by Holidays or high volume shipping periods

Local Pickup

Local Delivery

Local Delivery is available to our customers in Lawrence, Kansas. Deliveries will be dropped off right at your front door, making our shopping experience even more convenient! Local Delivery costs $3.99 and covers the cost of fuel within the Lawrence, KS area.

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days
  • Most orders placed before 12PM CT can be arranged for same day delivery
  • Customers will receive an email confirming their order has been delivered
  • Processing and Pickup times may shift during high volume order times, such as collection releases and restocks

FAQs

At this time we do not, we do not process orders at a large enough volume for services through UPS or FedEx to be cost efficient for our customers.

Route+ is an additional safety net service we offer to our customers for additional insurance and enhanced tracking on their orders. Route+ starts at $0.98 for most orders, and helps to cover you and us if your order has been damaged, lost or stolen. You can elect to not use this service by turning it off in your cart prior to checking out.

Customers are able to add order notes while checking out. These notes can include gift wrapping requests or if there is a special note for us to pass on to USPS to ensure delivery.

We are unable to ship to multiple addresses with a single order.

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to provide refunds for orders. With products such as wax melts, we do our best to use packaging that insulates your order, but during extreme heat events, there is a possibility that wax may soften or melt. We use an Organic Midwest Soy Wax that has a higher melting point. Please contact us if there are any issues with lost, damaged or stolen orders and we will work with USPS and Route on your behalf.

No, we only ship to the United States and Canada. We are continuing to research shipping options for the United Kingdom and EU.

Customers will receive their tracking information (USPS Shipping Only) via email or you can view tracking information through the Orders Section of your account details page. Orders can also be tracked using the Route app.

Once your order has been processed it has already been packaged up and dispatched to USPS. We cannot cancel your order once it has been complete. If there has been a mistake in your order, please cancel it as soon as possible through your Orders section on the My Account page or contact us directly.
